All Reports drafted are prepared in cognisance of compliance with relevant legislation and best practice such as Part M Technical Guidance Documents (Building Regulations 2010) and “Buildings for Everyone” (2012).

 

We are expressly aware of the duties of an expert to the courts to be independent, truthful, thorough and unbiased as set out in the Law Reform Commission CP52 2008 and 117 2016. We are also familiar with the Rules of the Superior Courts relating to expert evidence set down in SI 254 of 2016, SI 255 2016 and disclosure of expert reports pursuant to SI 391 of 98.
